Fix joint, about 1m long, between two adjacent tiled roofs.

How much would it cost to fix the joint between two adjacent tiled roofs? The joint is about 1 metre long. The pitch of the roof is too low and water leaks went wind blows in a given direction. No scaffold required as area can be accessed by ladder or through windows on top floor of the house. I have a feeling the membrane under the tiles would have to be replaced too. Many thanks.
