Chimney Problems

Posted by Carl Lamb, on
We have had our chimney inspected and repaired 3 times, but the wall and ceiling in the upstairs bedroom is still damp. New flaunching, mortar ok and new flashing. Do we need to get in a specialist / surveyor?

Hello Carl, Welcome to this site. Simply put your job on this site and you will be sorted. Traders on this site cannot afford to get it wrong. Try a roofer first with a budget of £100. What have you got to lose its free!! tradesmen pay for the opportunity to quote on your job. It is important to give tradesmen contacting you the opportunity to do so, the advice you receive is free. You are not obliged to use any of them. Regards Michael
