Leaking roof or condensation?

We have a flat roof above the bedroom window 1m x 3m.We found a large amount of moisture on the ceiling and walls in this area one morning but After opening the windows for a few hours this has dried up and there is no sign of it now, even though it has been raining frequently since then. I am not sure if the roof is leaking or its condensation?
