Hi Bob Is the leak affecting the interior i.e damp patch on ceiling? If so put the add for the painter on and ask if he can contact a roofer to fix prior to him painting. Worth a try.!? If not just keep posting the job and be realistic not hopefull about your budget as this may be a reason they are not buying your enquiry to allow them to quote. Hope this helps Gary
