I would then suggest it be replaced using Firestone Rubbercover, Hope this helps. Jesse. sorry there was an issue with restricted characters in my text so i had to break this up. I will be speaking to rated people about it

Hi John, If both dormers are holding water then the only way to rectify this would be to remove both roof coverings and re structure the framework so as to give a very slight pitch away from the roof allowing the water to run off and into a gutter.

Hi John a lot of dormer flat roofs hold water because most of the time they put the fall going towards the back so water would then run of slowly either side down a lead spitter and trickle off just because it holds water doesn't really make it a bad thing with all the new high tensile felt out now it won't really matter it's the UVA that does more harm than the rain and polyester felt in water does no harm at all really hope this helps

Advise you put the job on rated people and who ever comes to look at the job will advise you what to do. Or look in yellow pages for flat roof specialist.
