What is the best way to deal with Finlock concrete gutters which are causing damp/mould inside my house and are also leaking on the outside?

As a roofer I would wait untill the warmer weather comes in so they are completely dry and then once dried get some bitumen primer and paint it direct on to gutter once dry reline them in a high tensile polyester felt

Hi Finlock gutters are a real pain, a good idea at the time but no thought for future maintenance. Anyhow you can get them lined nowadays with good results, I would post this job on here under roofers first or builders and get some quotes. Regards
