Tell the builder to stick to building and not roofing there is only one way to repair felt that is from outside

Hi Stephen Dont let anybody try this. it is completely wrong and you will end up paying twice. There is a list of reasons why as long as your arm so just be warned. Also, you will need to repair/resit the tile to prevent the water passing through them. Niether jobs can be done internally Hope this helps. cheers, Matt - A A Roofing, Widnes

Your builder is also into magic. You need your slates/tiles sorted properly this should prevent water ingress. Without proper repairs you can't move forward. Forget daft simple solutions. There is no quick fix. Don't even agree with me. Get a couple of.roofers opinions. And please be wary before parting with any money. You can e.mail me at any time. If you need help to decide. Donald.
