Get somebody independent in find out who's fault it is and pass cost onto who's responsible if they don't pay small claims court sorry for your situation Scott weathertech
Neighbour's roof leaking into mine.

My neighbour's chimney stack is leaking. My roofer went on the roof and said that her repair to her chimney stack last year was a 'botched job' and my side of the roof is ok. Her roof is higher than mine (we live on a steep hill) and he thinks the problem is her's. We do not share this stack as on that side of the house is our hall,stairs and landing. Her roofers who did the job last year haven't been on the roof but say it's our problem with the soakers. Where do we go from here?
