WE have a leak in the middle bedroom wall which is coming from inside the middle of the chimney stack. Cowls are fitted to the chimney is there likely to be a leak at the top of the chimney or is this flashing related?

The chances are its probably leaking on the back box which gives you a sense of leaking in the middle quite common hope this helps
