Hi Anne, As Jonathan states, you can request a prompt from your tradesman or you can log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app. You'll then need to select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People, select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. Hi Anne, To leave a rating you must Email your tradesman and ask hime to send you a rating request, when your tadesman has finished the job he should of sent you one, hope this helps! Kind Regards Jonathan Flintshire Roofing
