yes get someone who can remove this safely and in a proper manner,either use polcarbonate to replace it or have it boarded and felted .

My garage roof made of asbestos is letting in rain. What can be done to stop it ?

Renew the roof with a polycarbonate material and make sure you get the builder/roofer to remove the old asbestos i the safest way. Regards Chris
