Hi Di, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your account or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. You'll then need to select the job from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesman who completed the work. Tradesmen can also send you a prompt to leave a rating. If you have this email, you can also rate them by clicking the tradesman/company name within the email and following the instructions. I hope this helps. Hi Di I am sure the only way you can rate a job is when the tradesman requests you to rate otherwise you cant rate, could be wrong though, try chatting with customer services. Steve
