Hi Damien Should really have been agreed and signed before the work was carried out. Were they a rated people tradesman ?

Hello Damien, If they came from this site, then you should report it. You should have got the guarantee before you paid them, I don't think you will and chance of achieving a guarantee now. Sorry Regards Michael

Hi Damien You should sign contract with them before work start It could be a problem to get them to sign now I am affraid
