Probably was the lead work all along carol but very hard to prove unfortunately if it's needing replaced it's going to need done so if he made a good job of the roof maybe you should use him again but try and get the cost down explain to him he's already had 9 grand and it's still leaking so if he's got any kind of conscience at all well you'll need to have a good chat with him good luck hope you get a result....
