3 layer british standard felt for flat roof
My question is I have attached a picture of materials used.
I feel roofer has not used the 3 layer roofing system.
As the materials he used was just a single type of SBS felt.
Which I feel is used for sheds and not for flat roof.
Can you please clear my doubt.

Question is i doubt the tradesman laying 3 layers of british standard felt.
Suspect it is just the tar torch laying.
