Leak when it resins

I have a leak almost everytime it rains. I have had several roofers come around and say that the gable windows flashing etc in the flat above me needed replacing. I have had this done and it is still leaking. I have had further builders around and they can't see where it is coming in. I would really appreciate if anyone know if there is specialist I could get around to try and find out where it is coming from as it's damaging my inside wall quite significantly. Hi Jenny. Sorry to say but without seeing the job it will be hard to give any advice. The best i can offer is to locate a well established, expert roofer with vast experience. As it is not an obvious issue, a 'newby', although good at what they do, may not experienced enough to detect any small technical defects that will cause the leak. Hi Jennifer I would recomend to post a job on main website because some of a job needs to be seen before any advice is given. I would strongly recomend to post a job on Rated People home page then 3 companies will get in touch then you would be able to choose the right person as you would receive an e mail with a link to tradesman account where you would see a pictures and you will read revious from previous customers.
