Flat roof no run off.

Posted by darren roberts, on
Is it possible to re pitch a "flat" flat roof so water runs off ? I have dormer style bedrooms. There is no slope to the flat roof so a 2 inch lake sits above. Many houses are the same 1970 vintage. Can I re pitch it on my side only as it joins next door's flat roof.

Hi Darren, anything is possible, sounds like all the roofing cover needs removing and the timber joist replaced (best) or insert wedges to give the slope kr rob barker rsb and sons
