Hi Paul it depends on they system that you have and the quality that you want, the industry standard is from £40m/sq for roofing materials and labour or if replacing the osb board as well then its around £60 including materials and labour. most tradesmen are vat registered at this level so this will need to be factored in hope this helps kr rob barker rsb and son
