I have 2 velux windows in my attic. They have been there for some years and there is no sign of any leaks. The slates around them look askew and they are surrounded by what looks like heavy duty rubber. I am concerned this work has not been done to the proper standard, but I've actually no idea what a properly fitted window should look like. Can you advise what needs done and who would undertake the work. Thanks.
