Which is best a flat roof or a tilled roof

Hi John Pitched roofs are normally better than flat roofs in terms of longevity as tiles have a longer life span than felted flat roofs. You should consider that every roof or property is different so its not necessary what is best, but what is suitable to the design of the property. Unless your building from new. There are many variables to consider. Suitability, Surroundings / environment Personal taste Usage Any good roofer should be able to provide you with either roof - both of which should last. Flat roofs are considered more technical - they often become faulty due to poor instillation.
