Hi I live in a 3 story mid terraced victorian house with a few problems. Firstly, I seem to have small leaks in my kitchen as the plaster is coming off of the ceiling in a few places. The roof above the kitchen doesn't look great as there are little metal tabs between some of the tiles. My neighbour says that she can see the light coming through when our light is on. Secondly, the guttering is in a very bad state and probably needs replacing. One piece at the top of the house has even fallen off. Any advice on what may be the issue(s) would be much appreciated.
