I have a leak in the ceiling of a bathroom which drips through during rain. I cannot see any drip from the roof into the loft space above the ceiling.
I have been advised to replace the whole roof as it is old and in poor condition. Where is this leak coming from? Even the paper lining of the roof appears to be dry!
