We have just moved in to our bungalow It has a 2 bedroom flat roof extension with condensation problems and can be quite cold, the surveyor said apart from airbricks he recommended insulated ceiling plasterboard, which way would be cheaper? replacing the ceiling with insulated plasterboard, if so what thickness? Or taking the flat roof off and putting insulation inbetween the joists and putting the felt roof back on.
