Hi Robin, If the company in question have expressed interest in a job posted through Rated People, we will have emailed you a link to their profile page with this information. If the company have been contacted outside of a Rated People job posting, I would suggest asking them for a link to their profile page. This profile is also searchable on online search engines, so you may be able to find them by doing a quick search. Further to this, if a tradesman is not sourced through a job posted on Rated People, we would advise contacting the Citizens Advice Bureau and/or Trading Standards, who will be able to assist you further.
