Cost Guide does not cover my question. What would be the average cost to replace a flat garage roof approx 5m x 6m? To included removing the old felt and replacing with new. Also what would be the additional cost if the boards underneath needed to be removed and replaced. The Cost Guide needs number of beds which is N/A for a garage and does provided for the additional calculation of the boards and labour cost.
I'm assuming that the size of the roof should be enough to estimate the amount of felt, tar, boarding, etc needed and labour time to remove and replace the materials.
