Further to my earlier answer, purchased a lead last night which was less than 2 hours old and showing that no one else had bought it, called customer immediately explaining who I was and the reason for calling. The customers reply and these are her own words " I'm confused I've already had somone call about the job and have given it to them", not half as confused as I am how can this be when it's still showing at 7.45am today that I am the only person to buy this job!? What's going on with these leads is anyone else experiencing the same problems. Ed

Unfortunately Oliver there are many other tradepeople who use this site experiencing the same problem on a daily basis, all the leads I have bought recently have been a waste of time and money. First to buy the lead but the job has already gone, unable to contact the customer by any means ( strange for someone who's desperate to get the job done- I just put it down to being ignorant!), job posted in wrong category- decided they need a damp specialist now. The list goes on. The issues around job leads are still not sorted and need to be addressed. I don't believe you should pay for something you don't get. Ed
