Our Builder has not returned to site for nearly 1 month now giving excuses every week for not turning up. He has already admitted he has under priced the job but wants to finish. I think this is the real excuse for not wanting to come back on site. What are my options now, I do have a fixed priced contract with him and have paid him £30K of the $40K project. Its not so much what is left to do but its the fact the roof is exposed and we urgently need it completed before the winter arrives.
