Water has been seeping in from a flat roof (adjacent to a pitched roof) with, orginally, a chimney. Three roofers have sought to fix the issue, to no avail. By now the chimney has been taken down to below roof level and roofed over, the top felt layer has been brough up the parapit wall and copping stones were fitted on top of the parapit wall. Yet the wall remains as wet as ever, with water coming in a and a large traceable wet patch continuing to grow. What ever should I do next?
