Leaking roof - But not every time it rains
I live in an end of terrace house with a tiled roof, very standard type of house. We have the normal lead flashing installed. Recently we have had seen water leaking through the back bedroom ceiling (corner of the room) but this does not happen every time it rains, only now and then?? We have had builders back in (they fitted the lead flashings) but they cannot find the problem and the loft space seems dry? Any ideas welcome ! thanks
