Hi Lillian, If Mark has expressed interest in quoting for your job, we should have sent you his profile page which comes complete with any previous ratings and reviews. You can also view the profile and ratings of the tradesman by logging in to your account online (here: https://www.ratedpeople.com/log-in) and selecting ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. After that, click the job from the list which will show you a list of all tradesmen interested in your job and the links to each of their profile pages. We also add their details to your My Tradesmen address book if you have the Find a Tradesman mobile app downloaded.
