I have a damp part of the ceiling in my bathroom which never seems to dry out. I had a look in the loft to see if I had a leak vs a steam issue. I couldn't see much but noted that the majority of the backs of the slates were damp. I don't know if this is a natural occurance of old slate roofs or do I have a problem?
