I C Roofing paid for work that another company claim to have done

Ian Crease Roofing in Edinburgh have invoiced and and subsequently been paid in full for job that another company are claiming to have done. I have made numerous phonecalls and left messages for IC Roofing to clarify but not they are not answering my calls nor responding to texts or messages left.
