Hi Graham if there were previously ventilation points on the old soffit and these have been covered over then yes it is probably the cause of the condensation.Ed
Upvc overcladded fascia and soffits

I have recently had upvc over cladding carried out on my soffitts and facias with but have now noticed condensation on the underside of the roofing felt. I think that he contractor has not installed enough ventilation and this is causing the problem. Could this be the problem?
