Hi Paul why are you decking the flat roof with marine ply? It seems over the top when it would normally be done with standard sheathing ply unless the marine ply has been specified for a reason, in which case you should refer to the spec detailed. The roof covering provides the waterproofing so the ply should not be exposed to humid/wet conditions so no need for marine ply unless you have got money to burn! Ed
