Re-roof bonding gutters

I have recently had a re-roof of new concrete tiles. Should the underside edge of the tiles between me and my neighbour be cemented to the bonding gutter or left without cement? Thanks

Depends on the bonding gutter they manufacture them for cement and without cement .. (wet and dry)
