Hi On any single skin roof you will get condensation unless you introduce insulation, If you want to lose your light and create a warm roof you should consider boarding out the roof area, laying a vapour contro layer, (visqueen) either EPDM rubber or a good qulality single ply membrane over ridgid PIR insulation. This will stop any condensation. Your floor should not need insulating. However, if you install under floor heating this can be placed on top of insulation. Cheers Mark
