Hi Emma set the budget low at £100 and explain you do not know the extent of the work required and it's cost, you are more likely to get a response as the lead cost for your job will be low. Ed

I have damp problems in my extension roof, have already had extensive building work that failed to resolve the problem.
I have no idea how much to suggest job is worth, as I don't know what work is needed (eg just more flashing? rebuilding a parapet? something more)?
