Guttering leaking, is this the course of damp coming up in the rooms on certain walls.

Hi Sandra you can't really say for sure without seeing it but it certainly won't be helping, you need to get the gutter fixed ASAP. Post your job on the main part of the site, give as much detail as you can when posting. ED
