Re-felting

I need to have the roof re-felted and a few tiles fixed which is causing a small leak. I would also like to have UPVC gabling. How easy or difficult is this to do and how long does it take?

Hi Jacqueline if you are having a small area re-felted and tiles replaced then it's only a small job but if you are having the whole roof re-felted then the roof will need to be stripped of tiles and lath. The amount of time taken to replace the whole roof will depend on size and type of roof ( hipped roof will take longer than gable end roof) and type of tile, the fascia can be replaced at the same time.
