Got a roofer from RP and was ripped off. Where do I go from here?

Hi Patricia you should initially contact Rated People's customer service team and explain your situation to them, they may be able to get the tradesman back to rectify the work. If they are unable to persuade them to come back you should contact "Trading Standards" at your local council . Ed
