hello vera, hard to say for certain without looking. but if you have noticed movement of slates then it could be nail fatigue. then yes it would be a strip. breather felt new treated latts re-slated. stuart,,, water tight roofing
A leaking conservetory

Would you be able to help Please?
Eight areas of my conservetory is leaking due to high winds loosening slates.
And i also notice movement of slates from heavy snowfall on it, and also extra snow falling ontop of it from a larger roof above! Would i be looking at the whole conservetory roof being re-done, ie slates removed, re- felted then re-slated?
