Hi Krishna, We only accept ratings and reviews from homeowners who have posted a job through Rated People and then had contact with that tradesperson in relation to their job. If the builder contacted you after a job posted on Rated People, we would love to have you rate him/her! To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your free account that was created by you posting a job: https://www.ratedpeople.com/local/login Or you can also launch our Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. After that, select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the builder who completed the work. Sometimes we or the tradesperson send you a prompt to leave a rating. If you've received this, click the tradesperson/company name in this email and follow the instructions to leave your rating. I hope this helps!
