I have water ingress above a living room window (third floor tenement block), emanating from some damaged external rendering, but it doesn't appear to be directly related to the roof or guttering. It would be difficult for a roofer to access the area needing attention as the roof and guttering overhang it.
Is this a roofer job, a drainage job, a rendering job or some other? I'm not sure what section to post it in.
