Hello,
I've an issue with the roof leaking into the wall and causing damp at the rear of my property. It's 2.5/3 stories up and I have no access to the garden at the rear of the building, except through the downstairs neighbour's flat.
Is repair possible by accessing roof from the front of the property, then going over the roof to the rear of the property? Or will access be required through the neighbour's flat.
