Hi, The home survey report lists out that there might be a leak in the future from the roof of the semi detached house we have bought to the loft bedroom and because of poor insulation there might be a leak. Please can you suggest how to decide if we need to do complete house insulation and check the entire roof to fix all the damaged roof tiles.
