I had a singe extension and it has completed in end of 2012. We had leaking issue so had to call them back 2-3 times since then. The last time they came to fix was early 2014 and now it started leaking again, this is totally different part where they fixed last time. They blamed the weather at that time the work was done however they had fixed it for us but now another leak, is this normal? this has been 3 times during the 2 years and half.
They given me 12 months warranty and it is already expired. Do I have right to call them back?
I feel that the job wasn't done properly .
