Hi Janice, f you wish to contact the tradesperson, you can find his phone number and email address in the email we send you when a tradesman expresses interest in your job. You can also view the contact information by logging in to your (free) account online created by you posting a job. Simply select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and their contact details. We also add their details to your My Tradesmen address book if you have download the Find a Tradesman mobile app. You can log in here and request a new password if you're having trouble remembering your details (easily done!): ratedpeople(dot)com/local/login I hope this helps!
