My son Matthew Chandler wishes to withdraw from your company. He hasn't taken up any jobs with you and money is being taken out of MY account, originally with my permission but now I and he wish to STOP my recurring Visa transaction. He has forgotten passwords etc. so cannot do it himself. Please confirm to ME that this will be cancelled a.s.a.p..
