Hello Paul, Be carful about having the roof sprayed make sure you get a reputable company to look at it, someone who's been around a while. The biggest problem I see is making sure the timbers can breath, you will also have to be convinced that you can replace a tile easily if one breaks and that it does not effect your garranttee.
