I have a problem with my roof which is leaking. The leak is now comming from the upstairs bedroom ceiling. Does the roofer I employ need to access the inside of the property look at the leak in the ceiling and then locate the leak.

Hi, a competent roofer should locate the problem from the roof itself 80% of the time, some leaks are not so obvious so you may need to allow access to your home/loft Regards Scott SM Contracts
